Rosemary Beefsteak with old classmates

It always gives a special feelings every time I hang out with my old classmates from the university. It is very difficult to gather all of them to have dinner together because every one is busy with their jobs and has different work schedules. Therefore, it was lucky when we managed to have dinner at Rosemary Beefsteak restaurant.

Rosemary Beefsteak restaurant has long been on my recommended food lists. This fine dining restaurant is located on one of the busiest Vietnamese street and emulates the Western style. A relaxing atmosphere pervaded the restaurant when we arrived. We chose to take a seat on the first floor so that we could take the cozy corner.

The food was served hot in big shiny plates. The featured food was the wrapped beef with cheese. The tender and juicy beef tenderloin was seasoned with herb flavours. The tenderloin was wrapped and filled with cheese and carrots. Therefore, it tasted quite fat but smelled good. The beef was fried to create a special taste.

Then, we ordered the beefsteak with mashed potato and potato chips. Lightly crushed garlic cloves enhanced the flavour of the dishes. I had to admit that I fell in love with the mashed potatoes which was crushed perfectly and it’s just what I was craving. It tasted so creamy, smooth and tender. The beefsteak was at the right temperature, so it tasted tender and came with an unexpected side salad. Furthermore, the garlic bread was crusty and scented with slight flavours of garlic. The spaghetti to eat with the beefsteak was also a plus to fulfil the hearty meal. To put it in a nutshell, it was a great hearty meal and we spent great time talking together.
