We spent great time enjoying the dinner at Gem Center. This was my first time being here and I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere. The buffet was prepared carefully and professionally. There were three lines of food and the caters refilled the food quickly.
I was also fond of the Sushi section. The sushi was coated with salmon. Some of the sushi tasted salty and crusty with the seaweed coat. The dessert area was also a remarkable feature of the party. Each kind of dessert was decorated skillfully and beautifully. Little cups of panna cotta were decorated with the thin layer of chocolate. The cakes were designed elegantly like Christmas trees. The brownies were drizzled with dark chocolate. The sweet cherry mixed well with the layers of sour passion fruit. The little cute strawberry tarts were topped with clotted cream.
Loafs of white and brown bread were placed nicely in the wooden boxes with the plates full of jam, butter and clotted cream. The mixed salad with shrimp was my favourite because it tasted very fresh, crusty and mixed well with the sauces. There were many types of delicious dishes that used fried chicken, beef, pork and fish as fresh ingredients. The little cups of steamed eggs tasted hot and strange with the flavour of special herbs.
