These days I am overwhelmed with loads of work and study. Sometimes I cannot find time to do my favourite things. Then I realize that the real reason for being busy is my habit of postponement. I tend to delay every task and let the grass grow under my feet. Therefore, I try my best to be strict to myself and get into the new habits.
I decided to take up Yoga as my new hobby. I like Yoga, but I postpone to learn it for a long time until my friend encouraged me to learn Yoga with her. Having a companion is a great motivation for learning new things. Recently I have learned Yoga with the Indian instructors for nearly a month. They are very constructive and helpful when correcting my poses.
Taking up Yoga is a turning point in my life. I often stay up late watching countless dramas or chatting facebook and then wake up late next morning. However, because of the morning Yoga class, I must break that habit and sleep earlier. I even have to eat a slight breakfast 2 hours prior to the class. It was very difficult at the beginning, but then I gradually get used to this new routine. I feel very healthy and full of vitality.
Today was the weekend, but I still woke up early to make quick breakfast. I decided to make crusty garlic bread. It only took me 15 minutes to make the dish. The soften butter with garlic was still molten on the slices of bread. The scent of parsley and garlic wafted through the air and the bittersweet taste of the hot chocolate was very tempting. I read the book called “Let’s pretend this never happened” while waiting for my yoga class. This book was funny and made me burst into laughter. It was such a great weekend.
