On the last day of our trip to Phan Thiet in Vietnam, we decided to spend time in mud baths at Mui Ne Mineral Mud Baths Center. This little experience brought me a great time of relaxation.
This was my first time trying mud baths and it turned out to be more excited than I expected. The center provided us with free outfits and towels. We had to put all of our stuff in the lockers, so I could only take some photos outside the mud baths area.
There were many steps of taking the mud baths. First of all, we had to take a quick shower with clean water. Then we sat in the giant baths and waited for the mud to pour down. The feeling of the hot mud was very relaxing and enjoyable. The mud softened my skin and relieved my muscles. I felt relaxed and refreshed when soaking in the warm mud bath for about 20 minutes.
Then we changed to soak in the hot mineral bathtub brimming with fresh flowers, aromatic oils and herbs. We massaged our bodies and enjoyed the silent atmosphere of nature for 40 minutes. Finally, we had free time for playing in the Jacuzzi, mineral pool, mineral waterfall. There was even a bar in the center of the pool. This was such a relaxing and exhilarating experience I had ever gone through and it only cost about 19$ for each adult.
