Today we cooked Korean foods with Team B. We made 비빔밥Bibimbap. It was riveting when we mixed the rice with slices of carrots, cucumbers and fried eggs together, and finally we put the chili sauce (고추장)
Next dish is 라면떡볶이. Korean friends had prepared for us. This dish is super delicious. The combination of 라면(noodles) and 떡볶이 떡 (Korean rice cake) makes the dish fascinating. I also love 어묵 (boiled fish paste), sliced onions and boiled eggs in this dish. And you even can sprinkle some grated cheese over the dish ^^
About the beverage, we had a chance to savour 미숫가루 . According to web http://www.koreanclicks.com, “미숫가루 is made by steaming then roasting grains like beans, barley, glutinous rice, and non-glutinous rice or barley rice to make powder that is then used in a drink, with sugar added to meet one’s taste. It is plentiful in nutrients and is easy to digest.” I totally agree because when I tried this drink, the flavour is slightly sweet and delicious.
